Based on a traditional Nut Brown Ale, featuring Maris Otter Pale Ale and Brown
malts, with a heft y addition of malted oats for body and flavour. This beer has been hopped in the time-honoured manner with Fuggles and Goldings, but fermented with a Belgian Abbaye yeast for depth of flavour.
